About this Track Day
There is a 100dB(A) noise limit in operation at this venue and all drivers must show their driving licence at signing on.
Abingdon airfield is now occupied by the army used for Glider training. It was opened in 1932 and many RAF Squadrons served there until the RAF moved out in December 1992.
It is in excellent condition, has lots of top quality tarmac and is a firm favourite on the track day calendar. Our track design has a great mix of corners, using the huge amount of space available and long straights with speeds in excess of 100 mph possible in most cars. This is a fantastic venue, not to be missed by any enthusiastic driver!
There is a petrol station within 10 minutes of the track, with Shell V Power and Tesco Superunleaded also available locally and plenty of local Hotels and B&B's.
Abingdon is very well located being within easy reach of the M40 motorway, south of Oxford.

General Information About Track Days
Our track days are for like minded enthusiasts who are out to have some fun and
stretch the legs of their cars in a relaxed yet controlled environment with plenty
of track time available. What sets us apart is the ultra professional and welcoming
attitude of our staff and the friendly camaraderie amongst our guests. Our rules
are made very clear at the Drivers Briefing and it should be noted that there is
no competitive element to these days whatsoever and timing or dicing is forbidden.
The noise limits of each venue are strictly enforced, for each individual track
or airfield please check the specific venue information.
Please note that a full and valid driving licence must be shown by all drivers when signing on at the Event.
Our events allow you to drive in a safe, controlled and non competitive environment without the worry of speed cameras lurking round the corner. Experienced marshals are there to ensure good track etiquette in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The majority of our venues are airfields; with no crash barriers and generous run off areas, they are ideal for both the novice and the seasoned track day veteran.
Our airfield track layouts are personally designed by Ed Moore, our highly successful race driving MD, who in 2007 passed the landmark of 50 outright Formula Ford race wins. They provide an exciting mix of fast, slow, long and tight corners, with huge run off areas, together with long fast straights to give all types of car and driver a true challenge. We also hand pick some of the best circuits; these have less run offs, but they provide a great experience in the tracks of some of the motor racing greats.
